Username Restrictions​

The system username for the Web Control Panel is randomly generated and cannot be changed. This applies to all users without exception.

Backups​

  • Automated backups: 5 per month (once per week).
  • Automated backups retain: 1 backups.
  • Manual backups: Available.

On the Micro plan, you can manually back up your account. Manual backups are a default system feature. Automated backups are performed using JetBackup, and you cannot run this process manually, as it is pre-configured for this specific plan.

Automated backups do not take up space on the Micro plan. All automated backups are stored on our separate file server.
