The system username for the Web Control Panel is randomly generated and cannot be changed. This applies to all users without exception.

On the Ultra plan, you can manually back up your account. Manual backups are a default system feature. Automated backups are performed using JetBackup, and you cannot run this process manually, as it is pre-configured for this specific plan.

Automated backups do not take up space on the Ultra plan. All automated backups are stored on our separate file server.
