📧 Managing Email Accounts
Access and manage your email accounts in Email Manager > E-mail Accounts in your Web Control Panel.
Email Accounts List​
The main page shows all your email accounts with key information:

| Usage | Storage used (MB) |
| Sent | Emails sent count |
| SMTP Log | SMTP activity status |
Actions available:
- View account details
- Edit password and settings
- Delete account
- Access Webmail
- Manage related features
Change Email Password​
Quick Steps​
- Go to Email Manager > E-mail Accounts
- Find your email account in the list
- Click the three-dot menu (•••) on the right
- Select Change Password
- Enter new password
- Click Change Password
Password requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters (12+ recommended)
- Uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters
Password changes take effect immediately. Update it in your email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) after changing.
Email Usage (Tracking)​
View email activity in E-mail Accounts > E-mail Usage:
Show Usage From:
- Today
- This Month (excluding today)
- This Month (including today)
Direction:
- Outgoing - Emails you sent
- Incoming - Emails you received
Metrics shown:
- Sender - Who sent/received
- Authentication - Auth method used
- Sender Host - Server information
- Path - Email route
- Size - Email size in bytes
PHP Scripts (Mail Usage)​
Track emails sent by PHP scripts in E-mail Usage > PHP Scripts:
Shows:
- PHP Script Name - Script that sent email
- mail() Line Number - Code line number
- Send Count - How many emails sent
Use this to:
- Debug mail sending issues
- Identify which scripts send mail
- Monitor script email volume
Delete Email Account​
Before deleting:
- Backup important emails if needed (see IMAPSync Migrations)
- Remove from email clients (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
- Disable autoresponders and forwarding
Deletion is permanent. All emails will be deleted. Cannot be undone!
To delete:
- Go to Email Manager > E-mail Accounts
- Click the account
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
- Account and all emails removed permanently
Access Webmail​
Read and manage emails directly from browser - no app needed.
Quick access from Email Manager:
- Go to Email Manager > E-mail Accounts
- Find your email in the list (by email address)
- Click Sign in to Webmail button on that row
- You're logged in automatically
Or access directly:
- URL:
https://yourdomain.com/webmail - Email: Your full email address
- Password: Your account password
In Webmail you can:
- Read, send, reply to emails
- Create folders and organize
- Manage contacts
- Set autoresponders (see Setup Autoresponder)
- Configure filters and rules
Troubleshooting​
Can't Log Into Webmail​
Check:
- Email address is correct (full address with domain)
- Password is correct (check caps lock)
- Try different browser or clear cache
Email Won't Send​
Possible issues:
- Daily sending limit reached (see Creating Email Accounts)
- SMTP not enabled (contact support)
- Account quota full
Solution:
- Check quota usage in account list
- Delete old emails to free space
- Contact support to enable SMTP if needed
Storage Full​
Quick fixes:
- Delete old emails from Webmail
- Empty Trash folder
- Increase mailbox quota in account Edit
Emails Not Arriving​
Check:
- Look in Spam folder first
- Verify MX records (see Email Server Setup)
- Enable DKIM for better delivery
- Contact support if still missing
