📧 Creating Email Accounts in WebHostMost
Quick Intro
WebHostMost provides a fully functional Email service across all hosting plans, allowing you to create professional Email accounts using your own domain name (e.g., [email protected]). This guide walks you through the process of creating Email accounts via your WebHostMost Web Control Panel.
Before creating Email accounts, make sure your domain is properly configured with WebHostMost. If you haven't set up your domain yet, please refer to the domain setup guide.
What is an Email Account in Simple Terms?
An Email account on WebHostMost is your personal mailbox that uses your own domain name instead of generic providers like Gmail or Yahoo. Think of it as having your own professional Email address that represents your business or personal brand.
WebHostMost Email accounts offer:
- Professional Branding - Your Email shows your domain (
[email protected]), not a generic provider - Complete Control - You manage all aspects: users, passwords, storage quotas, and Email rules
- Multiple Access Methods - Use WebHostMost Webmail, desktop clients (Outlook, Thunderbird), or mobile devices
- Full Integration - Works seamlessly with WebHostMost hosting infrastructure and security features
- Anti-SPAM Protection - Built-in spam filtering and security measures protect your inbox
Each WebHostMost Email account has its own dedicated mailbox, customizable storage quota, and daily sending limits based on your hosting plan.
Important To Know Before You Begin
Creating Email accounts on WebHostMost is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. All Email accounts are created instantly and ready to use immediately after creation. Make sure you read this guide to understand the options and limitations.
- Domain Requirement: Your domain must be added to your WebHostMost Control panel and properly configured before creating Email accounts.
- Plan Limitations: Each WebHostMost hosting plan has specific limits on the number of Email accounts and daily sending limits.
- Storage Space: Email storage counts toward your total disk space allocation for your hosting plan.
- Immediate Activation: Email accounts are active immediately after creation and can start receiving Emails right away.
Keep your Email account passwords secure and never share them. Use strong, unique passwords for each Email account. WebHostMost support team will never ask for your Email passwords.
WebHostMost Email Plan Limits
Different WebHostMost hosting plans offer different Email capabilities. Review the limits for your plan:
| WebHostMost Plan | Max Email Accounts | Daily Send Limit | Recommended For |

| 14-Day Trial | 100 | 1000 Emails | Business evaluation |
| Micro | 10 | 500 Emails | Small business |
| Pro | 100 | 1000 Emails | Growing business |

Email storage is limited by your total WebHostMost plan disk space, not per individual account. To view detailed information about your plan, refer to Plans & Limits documentation.
If you need more Email accounts or higher sending limits, consider upgrading your WebHostMost hosting plan. Contact our support team to discuss your options.
Creating Your First WebHostMost Email Account
Follow these step-by-step instructions to create a professional Email account using your WebHostMost Web Control Panel.
Step 1: Access WebHostMost Email Manager
First, you need to navigate to the Email Manager section in your WebHostMost Web Control Panel:
- Log into your WebHostMost Web Control Panel (the login credentials were sent to your Email when you signed up for WebHostMost).
- On the main dashboard, locate and click on the Email Manager section.
- From the Email Manager menu, select E-mail Accounts.
- Click the Create Account button to start creating a new Email account.
Step 2: Enter Email Username
The Email username is the part that appears before the @ symbol in your Email address.
To set the username:
- In the Username field, enter the desired username (e.g.,
hello, contact, support, sales). - Your domain will automatically appear after the @ symbol:
[email protected].
Username Requirements:
- Minimum: 3 characters
- Maximum: 64 characters
- Allowed characters: Letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), dots (.), hyphens (-), underscores (_)
- Cannot start or end with a hyphen or dot
Step 3: Set a Secure Password
WebHostMost requires a strong password to protect your Email account from unauthorized access.
To set the password:
- Enter a secure password in the Password field (minimum 8 characters recommended).
- Alternatively, click the password generator icon next to the password field to automatically generate a strong, random password.
- WebHostMost recommends using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Password best practices:
- Use at least 12 characters for maximum security
- Mix uppercase (A-Z), lowercase (a-z), numbers (0-9), and symbols (!@#$%^&*)
- Don't use personal information (birthdays, names, etc.)
- Don't reuse passwords from other accounts
- Store passwords securely using a password manager
Security Notice: Never share your WebHostMost Email password with anyone. The WebHostMost support team will never ask for your password. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately via Email Manager > E-mail Accounts > Change Password.
Step 4: Set Email Storage Quota (MB)
The Email quota determines how much storage space this specific Email account can use for storing Emails and attachments.
To set the quota:
- The Default quota is typically set to 50 MB by WebHostMost.
- Click the Max button to allocate the maximum available space from your hosting plan.
- Or enter a custom value (e.g.,
100,500,1000MB) based on your needs.
Why set a quota?
- Prevents a single Email account from consuming all your WebHostMost hosting disk space
- Helps you manage storage across multiple Email accounts
- Forces regular Email cleanup and maintenance
Email attachments consume significantly more space than text Emails. A single 5MB attachment uses the same space as thousands of text-only Emails. Plan your quota accordingly if you frequently receive files via WebHostMost Email.
Step 5: Set Daily Send Limit
WebHostMost implements daily sending limits to prevent spam abuse and protect the Email server reputation.
To set the daily send limit:
- The Default limit depends on your WebHostMost hosting plan (see the plan limits table above).
- Click the Max button to use your plan's maximum daily send limit.
- Or set a custom limit lower than your plan's maximum if desired.
How it works:
- The counter tracks how many Emails this account sends per 24-hour period
- The limit resets automatically at midnight (server time)
- Protects WebHostMost servers from spam and maintains good Email deliverability
- Prevents compromised accounts from sending mass spam
If you reach your daily send limit, you won't be able to send more Emails until the counter resets at midnight. If you consistently need higher limits for legitimate business use, contact WebHostMost support to discuss increasing your limit or upgrading your plan.
Step 6: Review and Create Email Account
Before finalizing, double-check all the settings you've configured:
- Review the Email address:
[email protected] - Verify the password is secure and saved
- Confirm the storage quota meets your needs
- Check the daily send limit is appropriate
- Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button to finalize
What happens next:
- The Email account is created instantly on WebHostMost servers
- The account is immediately active and can receive Emails
- You can start using it right away via Webmail or Email clients
- All WebHostMost Email security features are automatically enabled
Your WebHostMost Email account is now ready to use! You can immediately start sending and receiving Emails through WebHostMost Webmail or configure it in your preferred Email client.
