Upgrading Or Downgrading Your Active Service

Introduction​

At WebHostMost, you can easily change your web hosting plan directly from your Client Area, depending on your current needs. Whether you need more resources or wish to reduce your expenditure, adjusting your service plan is straightforward.

Note

You can only upgrade or downgrade active services. Once you upgrade from a Free Plan, you cannot downgrade back to the Free Plan.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade​

Method 1: From the Dashboard

  1. Log into your account.
  2. On the Client Area Dashboard, find the service plan you want to change.
  3. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade button on that service card.
  4. Choose the new plan and confirm.

Method 2: From My Services

  1. Log into your account and go to Services > My Services.
  2. Locate the active service and open the three-dots menu.
  3. Select Upgrade/Downgrade.
  4. Choose the new plan and confirm.
