Process of upgrading or downgrading service

Introduction​

At WebHostMost, you can easily change your web hosting plan directly from your Client Area, depending on your current needs. Whether you need more resources or wish to reduce your expenditure, adjusting your service plan is straightforward.

Note

You can only upgrade or downgrade active services. Once you upgrade from a Free Plan, you cannot downgrade back to the Free Plan.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade​

  1. Log into your account.
  2. From your Client Area Dashboard, navigate to Services > My Services.
  3. Select the active product that needs adjustment.
  4. Under the Actions section, select Upgrade/Downgrade.
  5. Choose the desired Web Hosting Plan and click Choose Product.

Additional Features​

  • Autorenewal: Within the same section, you can manage the autorenewal of your service to ensure continuous operation without manual renewal interventions.
  • Change Billing Cycle: You also have the option to change the billing cycle of your service from this interface, allowing you to customize how frequently you are billed.
