To migrate your website(s), we need access to your current hosting. You have two options:

Provide temporary access credentials to your current hosting:

  • 🔑 Hosting Account Access (main hosting login)
    • Hosting provider name
    • Account username
    • Password (temporary - change it after migration!)
    With hosting account access, we can access your control panel (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, etc.) and everything else needed for migration.
Security First - Use Temporary Credentials Only!

Never send your permanent passwords! Create temporary credentials specifically for migration:

  1. Create a new user/account with full access at your current host
  2. Send these temporary credentials to our migration team
  3. Delete these credentials immediately after migration is complete

This keeps your main account secure while allowing our team to migrate your data.

Option 2: Provide Backup Files

If you prefer not to share hosting credentials, you can prepare and provide backup files:

  • 📦 For WordPress Sites - Export file from backup plugin (All-in-One WP Migration is the easiest, but others work too)
  • 📦 For Custom/Regular Sites - ZIP archive containing all files + database SQL dump
  • 📦 Full Hosting Backup - Complete backup from your hosting panel (cPanel backup, JetBackup backup, etc.)

    5. We'll access them from there
